Shipping & Returns
Release schedule
Each Archive release is produced in limited quantities and ships once manufacturing is complete. Specific shipping windows are listed on the product page. For Mocha Haze 001, current estimate is 4–6 weeks from order date.
Shipping methods
We ship via standard domestic carriers. International shipping may be available at checkout depending on the destination. Rates are calculated based on weight and location.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking link to activate.
Returns & exchanges
Because each release is produced in limited runs, all sales are final. We accept returns only for items that arrive damaged or defective. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.
